24.01.2022 Work-life balance is a tough one to master. Especially when we have a lot going on all our own doing wanting to share our passions for property, food and farming. Generally, it is a week on the farm and then two sleeps in Perth and then a week or two on the farm and then three sleeps in Perth and repeat. The farm brings great balance and perspective and allows me to focus on issues with clarity and when in Perth, it is all about meeting people, site meetings and listen...ing. You don’t need a farm (nor do we really) to find that balance. Go for a walk, take a moment and make sure every evening you spend time with your other half talking about the day.
