22.01.2022 New system fitted to an existing coolroom after the old evaporator was found with multiple pin hole refrigerant leaks and could not be repaired.

22.01.2022 On farm coolroom has not worked since being transported to site. Repaired damaged pipe work, replaced the liquid line filter drier, condenser fan motor, compressor start and run capacitors, pressure tested with nitrogen, evacuated, charged with refrigerant and tested operation. Up and running again

09.01.2022 Coolroom not cooling in Collarenebri. Found refrigerant leak on the TX Valve, repaired the connection with new flare and nut, evacuated and charged with refrigerant. Refrigerant R404A and flare nuts stocked at all times.

03.01.2022 Upgraded this very old belt driven R22 shop coolroom unit with new evaporator, TX valve, pipe work, controls etc. Hooked it all up to an existing condensing unit completely re wired from switch board to compressor and fitted with all new safetys, discharge pressure control, liquid line drier, site glass etc. Now running on R134A better than ever
