23.01.2022 28 Nights to go! January 2014 and the commencement of our first World Cup of Pizza. 32 different Pizzas representing each country on the Soccer World Cup. We did it again in 2018 too. Uruguay was the winner in 2014.



21.01.2022 6 weeks to go. We won't run out of Ribs again between now and then. Get on in and say Goodbye!

20.01.2022 Only 3 weeks to go until Adam's Ribs & Pizza closes for good. Our Dine In spots have pretty much all been taken so we are focusing on Takeaway more from now on until December 19. I will announce a couple of specials in the coming days too. Pork Ribs! Beef Ribs! Lamb Ribs!... Only 15 more nights to Grab a Zeus Rack of Pork!!

19.01.2022 I just want to give you all a heads up that this coming Saturday 28th we are running on very limited capacity due to a number of circumstances. As a result on this night only we will not be taking phone or online orders and we will be doing only dine in(which is booked out) and limited walk in orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience but it is for one night only. We will be fully staffed for the remaining 3 weeks of service leading up to the 19th December.... Thank you for your patronage and understanding with regards to this Saturday night.

18.01.2022 27 Nights to go! Remember that time we gave away 2 tickets to see KISS in Sydney and the winner got to sit with myself and Steve G? I think that was 2013?

16.01.2022 Due to an incredible response last night we are running very low on all ribs tonight as well as a few sides. I have totally underestimated the response this week so I will make sure we are stocked massively on everything next week. We still have 6 weeks to go after tonight so there is plenty of time.... I would like to thank everyone for their patronage and their patience. Mark



14.01.2022 23 Nights to go! Due to the amount of bookings we have been taking for our final weeks we will no longer be able to fit in any bookings over 4 people and even that number is going to disappear soon too. Takeaway is the best option to ensure you get some of our ribs & Pizza before we go.

13.01.2022 22 nights to go! Back in June of 2017 we were visited by American Competitive Eating Legends Randy Santel and Magic Mitch. They both smashed the Ribs Challenge and were terrific fellas to boot. We are having a Champion of Champions Rib Challenge coming up in a couple of weeks which should be a lot of fun.... On another note we are totally booked out in the restaurant this weekend but Takeaway is still an option.

13.01.2022 Throwback Monday.. Remember the few Hot Dog nights we did? I have always wanted to do Hot Dogs since our amazing visit to Hot Doug's in Chicago, a restaurant that inspired us to create our own dine in space and has been a model for us to this day. We created some pretty damn good Hot Dogs but it was very tough to do them on top of our regular menu (which is way too big..lol) ... Don't forget you still have 6 weeks to go to get your Rib or Pizza fix for the last time...

09.01.2022 19 nights to go! Don't forget we are selling full Cases of Soda for $60 mixed or straight. Here is a selection of Colas. Although we don't have Mexi Coke at present.

07.01.2022 25 Nights to go! It's been a big couple of weeks and we have 5 more to go before we switch off the ovens for the final time. Don't leave it too late. We have plenty of Ribs again this week ready to serve Tuesday through Saturday. My beloved Mini Panelvan will always keep it's painted livery no matter what. We had it done by the late Jeff Redman not long after we opened. For the first two years it was my main mode of transport. Now she only comes out once a week or so.



06.01.2022 30 nights to go! I got my counting wrong last week. :) Here is what the place looked like the day I took it over. It was a massive job getting the joint up to scratch.... Plenty of Ribs this week but I still recommend getting in early...

05.01.2022 24 Nights to go! Back in 2015 we extended from just Takeaway to Dine In as well. It took us months to finish the dine in area. We wanted something completely different to anywhere else in town. By the way if anyone is interested the 2 booths will be For Sale when we close. They have to be purchased together as they don't split. If anyone is interested shoot me a line.
