22.01.2022 So it is just over a week till class again, and I'm sure you are all sick of this rain! I'm going to trial something a little different starting next Saturday (3rd October) - as the weather will get a little warmer and it is nice (& easier) to get up early and start the weekend with yoga then go off and do all the other things we enjoy to do- with it not being too late into the morning... So, I am going to run a power yoga class starting 7.15am - 45 mins duration. This class will just flow a little more but not too many changes!!!

13.01.2022 Good evening everyone!!!! YOGA IS CANCELLED due to me having sick kids at home! So sorry for late notice! Enjoy a cosy morning in tomorrow and perhaps try and do some stretches after a hot bath if you can!!! Promise I'll run some extra sessions when the sun is shiny and weather warmer!
