21.01.2022 This week has been super busy. I usually get around to taking some video footage on Thursday morning (for next week's workout explanations) but for some reason, Thursday and Friday really got away from me I'm not sure if if was due to training or my schedule but I made the decision not to take the videos - I decided that it would be better for my mental health to take a week off making videos I'm sorry if you feel let down but I'm sure you understand ;)... If you feel like you've got too much on your plate right now, you can decide to have a break -> more often than not, we do have a choice... - All the best, Ben

18.01.2022 Kalsu is a CrossFit Hero Workout (we did it last Friday) It could be one of the most challenging hero workouts of all time - It's 100x 60/40kg thrusters for time that includes an EMOM of 5 burpees (meaning every minute you have to stop what you're doing and perform 5 burpees) then get back to work, chipping away at your 100 thrusters?!
