This week we have upgraded a client from a 20Mbps Fibre connection, to a 400 Mbps Fibre connection, for less than they were paying before. Still 99.9% SLA, still 1:1 contention ratio. If you ever see bank details change, under any circumstances, please ring and check from the business, regardless of how well you know them. A phone call can save you a lot of money, embarrassment and a dent in your cash flow. If this happens to you, or anyone you know, we can help to prevent it happening again.
