18.01.2022 12 week fitness challenge With what I have learnt over my fitness journey I think I have a lot to give to people who are wanting to make a dramatic lifestyle change to better their life physically and mentally. I am going to be offering a 12 week fitness challenge where I offer my 24/7 services to my clients to help them reach a particular goal within the time frame. This will include a meal/supplementation plan and a training program which will be modified when necessary.... If you're looking to trim up for a holiday/summer or just for you personal goals please give me a call or message! Prices are as follows: $30 per week for standard training program and diet with constant access to me when needed. Weekly check ins. $110 per week for all of the above plus 2 X half hour personal training sessions. Will only be taking on as many clients as I believe I can handle!

It makes it easier to take control of your nutrition and what you’re eating allowing more flexibility.... If you’re wanting to just improve body composition having a protein and calorie target will serve you just fine! However, if you have more specific physique and performance goals you should consider having a target for protein, fats and carbs.
