There are a ...few changes, but the most exciting one now allows SDA eligible participants to share an enrolled SDA dwelling with non-SDA eligible individuals. Finally, SDA participants find themselves with the same rights afforded to all other Australians the right to choose with whom they live. Pop the champagne people!

This is exciting news for Participants, Service Providers, Developers and Investors ready to fill the much needed disability housing shortage in Australia.
