Providing a confidential space for sharing personal workplace experiences in is invaluable for business leaders. We recommend a combination of mentoring, coaching and leadership training and development for CEO’s and Managers wanting to improve their outcomes. Mentoring is a bit more general and possibly more personal than coaching. Coaching with ALA focuses on making progress with particular crucial outcomes.
