13.01.2022 Thursday is anaerobic interval day! We love ripping into some proper high intensity interval training in our conditioning classes. We are kicking off this training block with some 30on 60off efforts at an 8/10 intensity! #adaptnundah

While other group training facilities like to claim randomly changing exercises each session is the key to results we prefer a simpler, progressive approach that ensures you’ll see weekly progression, whether it’s more weight on the bar or more reps lifted you’re guaranteed to see improvements using our programming Here’s a little example of a 2 week progression that we will be applying to our Wednesday strength sessions this week and next week, focusing on increasing the amount of total reps lifted at the same weight over the two weeks #adaptnundah
