25.01.2022 Hey All, Sorry it has been quite a while since I last posted. Life has been a little crazy the last 6 months. Between moving houses and both Shaun my partner and I changing jobs it has taken a while to settle in! But I'm back :) We are now settled in at Edens Landing and am officially taking on new clients, not only around this area but will also be travelling to the Northern Gold Coast / Helensvale area. Please share around, let everyone know I am back and ready to help all of you kick fitness right in the butt!!

05.01.2022 As a trainer I always practise what I preach! This afternoons workout was a nice quick 45minutes with over 400 Calories burnt. I used my Yoga Mat in my garage and the exercise equipment across the road.
