25.01.2022 Another large decking area rebuilt by Adda renovations Victoria including refinishing & rectifying all external cladding rebuilding stairwells new subframe for decking area. All new decking areas have been built with large Mirboo decking board that have been countersunk and screwed to newly installed framework to ensure long life of decking areas. All boards have been installed with permanently installed decking spacers to ensure board will not shift in the future . This project completely transforming street appeal and entertaining areas.

25.01.2022 Bathroom renovation transformation. Within this bathroom we have built a his and hers shower. within the shower the features we have built is a large niche along with waterproof LED strip complementing the herringbone tiles. We have also installed a foot niche within the shower for convenience. We have also installed a new his and hers vanity along with rebated medicine cabinet installed next to brand new bidet toilet system. We had to remove a large portion of concrete and soil to install new plumbing for new toilet. As wall as Installation of new cavity slider door entry to master bedroom. Completing the renovation with heated towel rail, new lighting and heating for the bathroom & floor to ceiling tiles complimenting the whole room.

22.01.2022 RISING DAMP.... can cause havoc on a Heritage home .Heritage brick and stone houses which lack an adequate damp-course. Unfortunately in result of this rising damp the client's internal render had been dislodged from the brickwork. it can also cause the structure of the building to be compromised and cause you bigger problems in the future. To remedy this we were required to inject new damper course within the mortar course to stop the rising damp and prevent any further damage. We completed the project with new rendered walls rectify plaster ceilings and cornices. All walls have been painted in antique white USA paint all architrave doorways skirting and wardrobe are in white semi-gloss enamel finished with new carpet. An upgraded existing Heritage fireplace to a electronic fireplace.

20.01.2022 Another project completed buy adda renovation Victoria. This job required a granny flat to be installed on underside of home utilising a once empty space and transforming it into a fantastic granny flat providing the layout for a kitchen ensuite master bedroom dining room and living room. This project also included new Plumbing and electrical for kitchen and ensuite new lighting throughout entire flat new concrete foundation finished off with new aluminium windows and doors with weatherboard cladding. This job also included the completion of handrail and balestrate around home finished with new Mirboo decking.

11.01.2022 Complete bathroom renovation. Within this communal bathroom we install new vanity and medicine cabinet. New tap hardware for shower bath including new toilet towel rails and rope hooks. Finished off with new tiling on all walls & floors new lighting and a fresh coat of paint on all walls and ceiling the communal bathroom from ordinary to extraordinary

10.01.2022 Penthouse apartment renovation / face lift in Hawthorn. This job required the complete redevelopment of the communal bathroom which involves removing the existing cast iron bath and installing a natural walk in shower within its place. Within the communal bathroom there was a complete overhaul in the electrical work Including new Plumbing throughout, as wall as installment of new fixtures and fittings completed with floor to ceiling tiles. We have also installed new floating floor throughout the entire apartment, new updated fuse box and lighting. Completing the renovation with the updating of existing kitchen, ready for the rental market!

10.01.2022 Transformation renovation of communal bathroom, toilet room, and European laundry. This renovation included completely transforming the communal bathroom installing his and hers vanity with rebated medicine cabinet, installation of new tornado toilet and hand basin completing the renovation with new European laundry. We have also supplied and installed new fuse box for the home as wall as new downlights throughout kitchen, dining room and lounge room. We have also installed ...down lights at front of properly being controlled with either the light switch or a mobile app which makes it much easier when you come home at night-time and still being able to operate the lights at the front of the home with your mobile.... - the communal bathroom features rebated medicine cabinet with heated towel rail, tiled large shower base with niche. USB powerpoints, new lighting installed throughout bathroom including heating and exhaust fan. - European laundry required hot water service unit to be installed outside of the home to cater for dryer and washer to be installed under bench as well as moving all water points and electrical points creating for a fantastic new practical space, including completing a face lift to the existing cabinetry with new hinges , handles and paint including new timber detailed trimmings - toilet room features new tornado toilet as well as hand basin and new lighting throughout toilet room and European laundry. 09.01.2022 Another family bathroom renovated by Adda renovations Victoria. Understandably (as seen in photos) this communal bathroom required a complete overhaul! The previous builder has built the old bathroom completely incorrect... we had to completely remove all the plastering, rebuilt all framework, considering there was incorrect membrane application throughout the entire bathroom (from previous builder) which resulted in damage to the wiring and created black mould growing wi...thin the walls. This project required new internal wiring throughout wall's and ceiling, new plumbing as wall as new plaster installation throughout the entire bathroom. While renovating, the client decided to move position of vanity and make it a floating vanity as well as move the bathtub and converted it into a bathtub / shower combo. We also installed a tiled niche within the shower recess and rebated the medicine cabinet (allowing the room to feel more open and can give the illusion of it being a larger space). Finishing the job off with floor to ceiling tiles, new lighting and heating. Transforming the bathroom to a modern, delightful space. See more

05.01.2022 New decking area built by Adda renovations Victoria. This is complete with decking lights, installation of new bay window and pendant lights. We have also installed a brand new stairwell. Conjoining with another projects that we completed, a European laundry and a rebuild of a carport

03.01.2022 RISING DAMP...... unfortunately for this heritage listed home had a critical rising damp issue. There's only one real way to permanently stop rising damp. The only way to treat rising damp is to create a new damp-proofing course to prevent moisture movement through the structure deteriorating the mortar which in turn can cause structural damage to your home. One of the best Solutions is to drill holes into the mortar temporarily install a catchment tube and let the damp course product slowly absorb into the mortar line creating a damp course. As a secondary defence we have also membraned the walls in grade 3 membrane this is a method that I've been using for years and the results speak for themselves. the client has decided to finish the job off with wainscoting instead of solid rendering definitely give that heritage vibe to the home
