11.01.2022 For the safety of my staff and clients I ask that if you or any family members have been in the Northern Beaches area in the last week you reschedule your appointment. The Northern Beaches has been now deemed a hot spot. Complying with Addicted To Hairs COVID safety plan I will not be allowing anyone who has been in a hot spot to enter the salon. We understand that this is a very hard time and this may effect you looking your best for Christmas but please be understanding that my staffs safety is my main priority. 08.01.2022 Dear Valued Clients, Please be advised that we are not far off being fully booked for the month of December. We take this time to thank everyone for pre booking their appointments and helping us to be organised leading into the silly season. As the Christmas rush approaches us please be advised that you are required to confirm your appointment via the automated text message you receive 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any unconfirmed appointments will be automatically cancelled. We are also implementing changes to any client that arrives more then 10 minutes late for their appointment. It will then be at the discretion of the stylist as to if the appointment will proceed or be cancelled.

06.01.2022 It’s a sad day when I have to write this. ANY form of abuse within my salons will not be tolerated. Your appointment will be cancelled on the spot and you will be asked not to return to either salon for any future appointments. My staff do not come to work to be your emotional punching bag. Please keep in mind we are here to provide you a service but we are not your servants. We are human beings, we are someone’s daughter, wife, mother and friend. We deserve to be treated ...with respect. Bad attitude and verbal abuse is not welcome in my salons. I value the hard work my staff do to try to accommodate clients but unfortunately it has come to the point where issues are arising and is causing a negative impact on my staff and myself. I won’t stand for it. If you feel you cannot treat us with respect I strongly suggest you find your self a new salon where your money means more than your attitude. If you have traveled to Sydney or the greater Sydney area in the last 14day we ask that you ring and reschedule your appointment. We ask that you respect our terms of entry and comply with the Covid safety check in .... QR code’s are now mandatory for all hairdressing salons.
