24.01.2022 Hey everyone, Fitness Australia has just confirmed that personal training is not permitted under these current restrictions. I am looking at running 3 zoom sessions a week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings. I will post more details shortly:)

20.01.2022 Banana Bread (no added sugar) 3 medium ripe bananas 2 eggs 80g butter or coconut oil melted... 1cup rolled oats 1/2cup almond flour 1/2cup sr flour (gluten free is required) 1/3cup chopped walnuts (optional) Preheat oven to 180degrees Mash bananas with a fork, add eggs, cooled melted butter & vanilla and mix well. Add almond meal, flour, oats & walnuts, mix well Pour in lined loaf tin Bake for 40-50minutes
