A 2019 study has shown that increasing cadence to 180 steps per minute, at a velocity you’re comfortable with, can drop your oxygen consumption by more than 10%, suggesting greater efficiency and potentially a lowering of risk for injuries or ‘niggles’. . 05.01.2022 Feeling tight and stressed across your neck and shoulders? . Try relaxing your tongue! Your tongue is attached to your hyoid bone which is a rudder for many of the muscles stabilising your head and neck. . Relaxing your tongue can relax your neck. Briefly press your tongue against the roof of your mouth to make it tense, then stop doing that and allow your tongue to relax.

02.01.2022 Eustachian tube heard of it? . You may not have if it’s a little blocked. . This little guy runs from our middle ear to our upper throat. It’s primary purpose is to ensure the middle ear has the same pressure as the outside world.... . When you’ve got ‘blocked ears’ it’s usually a result of this tube unable to function as we’d like, sometimes affecting hearing, balance and neck function. . When you do a big ‘yawn’ to ‘pop’ your ears that comes courtesy of this tube. . We’re going to have a look at a couple of muscles that relate to this tube soonkeep an ear out. See more
