They are currently being ignored by the stimulus package and without sick leave are at great risk during this economic downturn. Crazy times, call for creative minds! The government will be announcing further relief which I HOPE includes support for sole traders. They gave a huge amount of support $$$$ to employers for their apprentices and lifted the instant asset write off from $30,000 to $150,000. But how many small businesses have money lying around right now to splash out on assets and will actually be making a good profit in 2020FY? (The only two ways to make use of this).
