18.01.2022 A bathroom at Parkholme I renovated - work included removal of old tiles fixtures and fittings. A wall was removed between existing toilet and proposed new bathroom.I screed the floor levels, tiled floor and walls, installed vanity, shower screen and ll tap fittings and towel rails.

08.01.2022 These are photos of a kitchen I renovated at Edwardstown as well. I removed a wall to open up space, I installed aluminium patio sliding door, I tiled the floor and splashback, installed appliances and rangehood, installed cupboards and painted ceiling, walls and woodwork.

06.01.2022 A bathroom at Mitcham that I renovated. .. The work included removing existing tiles, bath and vanity basin, laying a new concrete floor with moisture barrier. I re-tiled walls and floor and repainted ceiling and walls.

01.01.2022 exterior work - repaired cracks and painted outside and tiled the patio.Work included installing expansion joints to patio to alleviate continual cracking. I also painted the roof and erected the front window awnings.
