10.01.2022 Jim Stewart is one of those rare gems one occasionally stumbles on. Very understanding of the inadequacies of those who started with computers late in life. Wonderful Front of House, listening, documenting, no time wasting idle chatter, so impressive. Sorted out my issues (and the IPad Screen replacement!), and the offer of over the phone follow up if still struggling. And that has happened, wonderful customer service....
