25.01.2022 ATA Website Revamp ATA is requesting proposal from qualified vendors for ATA website(adelaidetamil.com.au) revamping. Request for Proposal to revamp the Adelaide Tamil Association Inc Website... Adelaide Tamil Association Inc herein after referred as ATA is requesting proposal from qualified professionals / organizations here in after referred as Vendor for revamping the existing website ( adelaidetamil.com.au). Terms and conditions for participating in this proposal 1. The vendor should be operating in Australia 2. All prices quoted should be inclusive of GST 3. Where ever not applicable the vendor should be able to suggest alternative features 4. The quote should separately address each feature requested 5. In case of delivery happening in multiple phases mention each phase and costs associated separately in the quote 6. Prior experience of working with Non-profit organization is preferable but not essential. 7. References to any similar existing website developed/supported by vendor is preferable but not essential. 8. Please include the cost for hosting the website as a separate item. 9. Please include the cost for annual maintenance of the website as a separate item. 10. All the data ( pictures/videos/contents ) should be migrated to the new website. Important Dates 1. Last date for submitting the proposal to ATA 22 March 2020 17:00 hours 2. Vendor short listing outcome will be notified to all applicants on or before 31 March 2020 3. The successful vendor will complete the work and deliver to ATA on or before 30 Jun 2020 Features Required in the new Website 1. Latest Technology and Ease of operation : Existing website of ATA is more than 10 years old. Migrate to new website using better design and technology which is also user friendly. 2. Flexible design : In addition to new features /facilities required, it is expected to retain the existing features of the current website 3. Membership management : a) Member should be able to apply online for new membership b) Different levels of permission to office bearers to view or modify the existing the membership status using back end operation. c) Email facility integrated to send notifications to patrons and members 4. Content Creation/ Updation a) Gallery : simplified facility to upload Photo/Video various events of ATA. b) Events : To create/update about events like scrolling , modifying the landing page etc c) RSVP facility by patrons and members for events to keep track of counts by ATA d) News letter to be created and send to all patrons and members ( Templates will be supplied and can be shown as list for selection by user ) 5. Payment facility Online payment facility integrated with ATA Bank accounts by members for membership and ticket purchase for various events organised by ATA.
