24.01.2022 Well, you know what that means ...

24.01.2022 Lets help the CFS and who doesnt like a schnitty.

24.01.2022 Grab your girlfriends! HELLO Rose 18! Out for fun? Uleybury Ros 18 pairs so well with platters, cheeses, pizza, seafood, Asian flavours and desserts! A littl...e dry and delicious, Sangiovese raspberry fruit with a crisp finish. Try some in Cellar Door soon! See more

23.01.2022 Just to prove "normal" problems still exist: having some email issues TOTALLY UNRELATED to any virus, real, digital or virtual. So please bear with me until its sorted - hopefully by lunchtime. Partybus Steve PS: All tours for this weekend are going ahead, and next weekend is looking promising also.

22.01.2022 Like you need ANOTHER reason to visit Red Poles. Wine, beers, fabulous food AND Kangaroo Island GIN ...

22.01.2022 Back online with 98.76% confidence. Working through the emails as we speak, but not certain if everybody got through. If you have made contact and not heard back by mid next week, please please try again.

22.01.2022 Prior to August 4, wine and craft beer tours were just about back to normal. However tighter COVID restrictions require that patrons at all venues must be seated at a table. For the time being that means reduced capacities at most wineries, breweries and pubs. More staff are required to serve everybody in the appropriate manner, and some businesses offer reduced/modified/re-priced products and services. Some have chosen to not open their doors at all for now. Many licens...ed venues will fill up to current capacities, making accurate prior bookings and tight time keeping essential this was proven over and over this weekend. A huge THANK YOU to all guests for following directions and playing the game. For us this adds up to fewer options for venues to visit. We continue to provide fun, memorable tours whilst keeping our customers, drivers and all staff safe and compliant. In practice smaller groups (4-14) will have a broad choice of destinations, 15-20 guests will need an amount of teamwork and flexibility, and 21 or more could be challenging BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE. As always, we will work with you to achieve the best possible experience for you special day. South Aussies are soooo keen to get out and about, judging by the flood of enquiries. If I we have not yet replied to your event email or quote submission, rest assured we will. Partybus Steve

21.01.2022 Phone attendance, customer service response times! I LOVE talking wine & beer tours with you. Its hard to beat a days activities enjoying the company of your mates while sampling gins, craft beers, wine, bubbles, fortifieds and delicious, glorious food. At this VERY busy time of year I simply have to priorities very carefully between new enquiries, working on this weeks adventures and managing a fleet of buses, drivers etc. So please call, and if I dont answer, leave a message and/or send a text/email or FB message including the date of your planned outing. Chat soon! Partybus Steve

21.01.2022 Hello wine-beer-cider-gin-whiskey-cocktail lovers. Sadly, as of last week Partybus Tarn is no longer with Adelaide Winery Tours. After three fun-filled years of dedication to helping you have a great day out and about, we will miss her energy and laughter dearly. Practically this means the work of three people is now being done by one just moi. So, if I dont reply to your email, message or text right away, please forgive me. Our fabulous team of drivers and support crew remain to ensure that each and every tour is an outstanding success. Partybus Steve

20.01.2022 In light of the devastation that has swept through the Adelaide Hills community following the Cudlee Creek fire, Bird in Hand will be donating 100% of all takin...gs from both days of the 2020 Crush Festival. This will be evenly split between the Adelaide Hills Wine Region Fire Appeal and the Country Fire Service. We are hoping to be able to donate $30,000. Please join us on 25 and 26 January for the 2020 Crush Festival and help to support the Adelaide Hills Community and Country Fire Service #crushfestival2020 #birdinhand #adelaidehillswine #birdinhandwinery #visitadelaidehills See more

20.01.2022 Arguably the best part of winter: a warm glass of red next to an even warmer fireplace. Soon...

20.01.2022 Once more the interweb is not playing nice. Email address issues today and over the past week or so means I may have missed your email reply. Working on it, naturally. If in doubt, please send or re-send your message to [email protected].

19.01.2022 Good morning Party Peeps. Apologies for those waiting for emails, itineraries and so on. Adelaide is waking up from winter slumber and everybody wants to head out and about. Who wouldnt? While replies are taking a little longer right now, this has no effect on the superb service you will receive from your driver on your tour. Chat soon. :) Partybus Steve

17.01.2022 Many of you have been asking about Lot 100. :)

16.01.2022 How can YOU help our beautiful wineries affected by the Cudlee Creek bush fires? Go out and buy a bottle of their wines to pop on the table over the festive sea...son! We know theyll get back on their feet but in the meantime, lets all send them a BIG Adelady hug and support our local legends! All our love... 15.01.2022 Close to town, yet feels like a world away...

14.01.2022 Pizza, Gin and wine AND THAT VIEW! Book early to avoid disappointment!

13.01.2022 Its official, we live in a fairy tale! http://bit.ly/WakeUpInAFairyTale Photo: @antstagram (via IG) in Piccadilly, Visit Adelaide Hills.

11.01.2022 If you still need transport for next weekend, just holler - got two buses and drivers still available on Saturday. AND if you are keen to get out and about and didnt get tickets for WR, fear not, The Hills, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley and Langhorne Creek are all keen for visitors regardless.

11.01.2022 Corona Virus statement. Even the heading sounds apocalyptic, right? Lucky for Adelaide Winery Tours, we do not rely on inbound tourism. International planes and ships changing schedules will have only a minor impact. Now on the flip side, if South Australians are NOT going to holiday overseas or interstate, where will they go? Nowhere? Perhaps. But many will choose to spend their money and time locally I suspect, including wine, beer and gin tours. No real reason to pos...tpone that birthday, social club or hens day outing. And all the while you will be helping local wineries, eateries and function venues manage through this period. Lets also remember those fire affected regions. So our intention is for each event/tour currently booked to proceed as planned, and to manage venue closures (if any) at the time. No restrictions or reductions in service are scheduled. Increased attention to personal hygiene and extra cleaning and preparation is occurring to do our part in stopping the spread of all and any germs. In other words, business, wine, beer and party as usual wherever possible. Best FB meme yet: Was 2020 written by Stephen King? LOL. Happy Travels Partybus Steve and the team

11.01.2022 A happening thing. How exciting to be part of it.

09.01.2022 Next on the events calendar, and a HUGE success every year. With so many new venues opened up as well as trusted favorites, the Hills will be the place to be in July! Go your own way - get your mates organised now.

08.01.2022 Quarterly driver and staff get together for the opening of Nugg Lyf kitchen. What a great night of quality food, exceptional beer, hard lemonade, cider, wine Jenever, Honey Liqueur, pool, darts ... Brew Boys has always been a favorite, and now its even better. If you havent been recently, get on it! For a metro craft brewery tour contact Partybus Steve.

08.01.2022 Its 2020 and the internet rules with free porn and online shopping. Express shipping. Flash sales. Lucky for us you cant buy an Adelaide Winery Tour from China, and Januarys enquiry volume so far is totally exceeding expectations, making one very optimistic for the future. Approaching year 10 of touring around the South Australian wine regions and LOVING IT, we are seemingly on a good wicket. And why are so many happy punters returning? Well, lets talk turkey. What h...appens when you look around long enough and keep trying to get the cheapest price? Answer: you will find it. AirTasker, Uber, TravelSafe and Meercats. The question is, will you get value for money, that is to say will you come away from YOUR birthday winery tour satisfied that you spent quality time with friends at wineries which YOU enjoyed? Will your Insta be brimming with happy snaps to be gloating over? You see, like a wedding, this group of friends is likely to not be together again soon, so on this ONE occasion EVERYTHING has to be spot on, organised, scheduled, reserved and watertight. Just imagine rocking up at your favourite cellar door only to find they are closed for a private function! And dont even get me started on drivers who are accredited and screened (and who actually like and drink wine, beer, gin ), vehicles that are inspected, cleaned and serviced regularly and liquor licensing. Or perhaps the real test is this: can you pick up the phone and actually talk to a local person who is interested, knowledgeable and visits the regions regularly to taste the fresh food, enjoy the wine, the craft beer and the green ants.Somebody who can tell you firsthand which venues have lawn games, Moscato, are happy to receive hens and bucks groups and are vegan friendly? So. Who are you going to trust? A call center? An algorithm? The lowest bidder? Grandpa Joe who drives a school bus? You know what to do Partybus Steve 0488 235 444 [email protected] PS: $100 from every tour booking to the Hills during Jan or Feb (for any date in the future) will go to the Adelaide Hills Bushfire appeal.

08.01.2022 When ones job is taken seriously yesterdays friends outing was a little different, focusing on Whiskey, then gin, beer and wine in that order. As usual we were having too good a time to remember to take many snaps despite the ugly shirt theme. Beresford Wine Estate always great for variety and quality, award winning Rochfort Distillery is an ABSOLUTE MUST for the serious single malt connoisseur, Fleurieu Distilling and Brewing at tranquil Goolwa is always relaxed and pleasant, Ashleys Hill Estate for wine, beer, that view and dumplings is THE BOMB. Thanks to Will and Dom for the tunes, and the Crapaoke on the bus was hilarious as always. So, does Partybus Steve get Monday-itis? Well

08.01.2022 Its not ALL about wine. Or beer. Or Gin Sunday Sesh done right starting with a coffee and tea tasting experience (wake up juice) at Dawn Patrol. Then head to Longview Winery for wine tasting, Anvers for gourmet Italian pizzas, Nonas arancini balls and award winning wines, followed by some tunes of the afternoon. Get on it! PS: dont worry, Partybus Steve will in fact be conducting market research in McLaren Vale (NOT in lycra), so naturally you will benefit.

03.01.2022 Adelaide Hills Winery Tour Birthday Party !!!

03.01.2022 Hey Adelaide peeps. The message is overwhelmingly clear: the way to help The Hills and other bush fire affected regions is to go there and drink the wine, eat the delicious food. Attend a fundraising event. Become part of the re-building process by being there. For our bit, with every day tour booked to the Adelaide Hills during the month of January, $100 will be donated to the cause. (Book this month for travel at any future date, including Crush). Bless our brave firefighters and all who helped and are continuing to help. Partybus Steve

02.01.2022 Lolas birthday tour taking in a wine, craft beer and ginger beer tasting at Ekidna Wines, McLaren Vale. Feels great to be back visiting the regions.

02.01.2022 Fingers and toes crossed, we are close to resuming the favourite part of our little venture = tours to the wineries! Naturally is has always been advantageous to organise group tours well ahead of time so that we can arrange YOUR favourite cellar doors, breweries and distilleries for you. So as restrictions are easing, lets beat the inevitable rush and chat about your upcoming birthday, hens, bucks or work social outing. In the event that we are unable to provide service ...to you due to changing restrictions, we will re-schedule to a more favourable date. Should YOU need to cancel due to COVID-19 issues, we will apply 100% of your deposit to a future booking WITH NO TIME LIMIT to re-book. Happy Travels Partybus Steve and the team

02.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone! See you in 2020 for more of the good stuff South Australia has to offer. Stay safe, party responsibly. Partybus Steve
