25.01.2022 37 DEGREES SUNDAY The BSA Hot Weather Policy is in play - the BOM has forecast Sunday at 37 degrees which means all Junior games will be cancelled, there will be slight changes to the Div 1-2-3 game conditions and any Senior League juniors playing Div 1-2-3 tomorrow will need a signed form to allow them to take the field. 05.01.2022 What an amazing facility.. I’m sure all of you would agree that our new home at Weigall Oval is something quite spectacular and has been worth the wait. The coming weeks will see further construction get underway as our batting cages and bullpens start to take place. For those of you that have purchased a paver, this is where you will see your name in lights. ... If you missed out on ordering your paver, it’s not too late the order will now be placed in February so we urge you to get on board, with paver orders now closing on Friday 5th February. To celebrate our grand new facility and all of those that have been a huge part in making it happen, we will be holding our Weigall Open Day on Saturday 13th February. Beginning with the 2019/20 season, non-wood and laminated bats used in Junior League and below shall bear the USA Baseball logo signifying that the bat meets the USABat USA Baseball’s Youth Bat Performance Standard. Additionally, starting in 2019/20, the bat diameter shall not exceed 2 inches for these Grades.
