To help us grow this event we would love any feedback you may have. ... Please send-us an email subject title Feedback to: [email protected] (We have had people say they would like free entry and guest speakers $20 per seminar and others saying $15 entry ticket but all speakers are free without thousands of public meandering around, more workshops, less workshops, more secondhand gear, less new gear or the opposite) Come along and see for yourself and please throw any awesome other ideas our way :) Peace Out

07.01.2022 Last but not least, our guest speaker Colin J. Pearce will give speech @Adelaide Camera Expo 2019 as well! Colin J. Pearce is an award-winning, Adelaide-based photographer and filmmaker who has used the Sony mirrorless system since 2010. He has been involved in photography since he was 6 years old with an old Brownie camera. The magic of seeing his view transform to a print inspired him. Right through high school he was in the photography club and the darkroom club. In 1990 h...e bought his first Sony video camera, and gradually became interested in filmmaking. While he was living in Brisbane he did an Advanced Diploma of Screen. In 2010 Colin bought his first Sony E-mount stills camera, the NEX-5, to get travel photography with a large sensor but incredibly small size and weight. In 2012 he bought the Sony a99 full frame camera, but after a trek in China in 2015 decided to change completely to the Sony APS-C E-mount cameras to keep weight to a minimum, but still allowing lens interchangeability with his Sony E-mount movie cameras. With his Sony 4K E-mount video cameras he makes feature films and music videos. With his Sony stills cameras he mainly does travel, landscape and some portrait photography. Colin is an adventure traveller, having completed a 17-day trek to Mt Everest in 2017, giving him a range of spectacular photo opportunities. However as President of the Port Adelaide Camera Club he is involved in most forms of photography. See more

02.01.2022 We will have another guest speaker Jack Ham attend Adelaide Camera Expo 2019 as well, welcome! Jack Ham is a lover of all things Photography and Olympus. Living in the Western Suburbs of Sydney all his life has allowed him the luxury of photographing the rugged Aussie bush of the Blue Mountains, the beauty of the eastern coastline and the majesty of the Sydney Harbour. Jack’s passion for Olympus started at the age of 8 when he received his very first digital camera (an Olympu...s C-160 with a whopping 3.2MP). One of the things That he loves most about the Olympus system is how small and compact it is, without compromising on image quality. This allows him to take his cameras on his hikes through the mountains in search of different and unique compositions. Fast forward 20 years and Jack has taken his love for Olympus to the next level and now works as a Business Development Manager ya Olympus Australia. As part of his job with Olympus, Jack runs many workshops on a varying different genres, including; food photography, macro, landscapes, astro, studio and speedlights. Check out the Olympus website to find the next workshop in town, and to see Jack’s latest shots.
