15.01.2022 Last days to check out the portal on our website FOR FREE! We know that for the network website to be a valuable resource, we need a critical mass of choirs to start using the site. With this in mind we waived the fee until the end of September to enable you to have a look around and start using the site straight away for free. https://www.adchornet.com.au Eventually, you will need to register for the Network to continue receiving ongoing information from us, to access the Po...rtal where the online planning calendar resides and to participate in the Adelaide Year of the Choir 2022. We're also pleased to announce that SA Health have endorsed our appointment of Rosemary Byron Scott to carry out the COVID-19 Risk Assessment for SA choristers. Here she is after a rehearsal with Certaine Notes at St Peter's Cathedral we dont believe the parrot was a member of the choir but havent been game to ask.

10.01.2022 2021 will be a year-long celebration of choirs and choral singing in the City of Adelaide, under the banner of Adelaide Year of the Choir 2021 (AYC21). Learn more https://adchornet.com.au/

10.01.2022 The Adelaide Choral Network, with our partner the City of Adelaide, has reached a decision to postpone the Year of the Choir to 2022. We envision the Year of the Choir as an exuberant celebration of choral singing in Adelaide, and at present we cant be certain that this will be possible in 2021 to the extent that we would all like. Adelaide Choral Network is committed to ensuring that South Australias choral community can look to the future with the confidence, resilience... and strength. We look forward to celebrating the Adelaide Year of the Choir with you in 2022, proving that choral singing is extraordinary in its range, repertoire, inclusiveness and common goals and sharing what we already knowthat there is a choir somewhere for everyone and that singing together is uplifting for participants and audiences alike.
