02.01.2022 A rewarding day in Hienghène, New Caledonia. Sabine Buchheim and Ramesh Raja Segaran meeting with Conservation International and Dayu Biik. Today, Sabine presented the exciting results of her Honours research. Her hard work will feed in to Dayu Biik's monitoring of their efforts to halt the dieback of the special Kauri pines on Mt Paniè. Ask Sabine about it! Fascinating work, majestic trees, beautiful country.
