There was some great hockey from both sides and while we didn't get the win today, the team played with the absolute fire, intensity and skill that has been shown throughout. ... Staying strong and putting up a fight all the way to the end. We are incredibly proud of both the Fire Women's & Men's squads for their effort this season and for showing the rest of Australia what SA has to offer. We've got amazing players and the squad combines the skill of our experienced Hockeyroos with the energy and talent of our young athletes. We're sure you can all agree it has been an absolute pleasure to watch the team dominate all year. The flame isn't out for the Adelaide Fire!
