24.01.2022 Well done to our Adelaide team ‘Adelaidies’ in the Masters hockey tournament today. Thanks to SA Women’s Hockey Association and Woodville Hockey Club. A combined M4/5 team with two Mum’s who last played hockey a few decades ago

24.01.2022 AHC were 0-3 at the start of the 3rd quarter. Tim Lee was able to score 2 goals the last in the dying seconds of the quarter. Although not a win there is another opportunity in the Preliminary Final. HockeySA are currently showing PADHC v SEAC in the prelim but I think this should be PADHC v AHC. Then again I could be wrong.

21.01.2022 Lots of stars on the pitch. Angus Fry scored 3, Ben McPhail scored 1 and Brodie Gleeson 2 goals, (correction per Brodie, thanks). Angus had a blinder. Will Stappleton put on a great display defending the goal for ADUN.

21.01.2022 And the celebrations continue!! We had our U9/U11 end of season celebration last night and it was a great night. Our junior Peas had a ball and we were able to once again reflect on a fun and fab time they have had playing hockey. We were also able to announce the recipient of the Shine award which for the second year in a row went to Lionel Bentley. Lionel is an inspirational coach to our juniors whose approach, generosity and thoughtfulness is outstanding. We received num...erous nominations for this award. We are so grateful to his and all of the coaches dedication. Congrats also to our medal winners. Go the Peas

19.01.2022 AHC secured a Grand Final berth with a hard fought win. The goals from Emily Grist and Hattie Shand came in the first half. Although not captured Stephie Fisher GK AHC defended with some great saves in the latter half to keep PADHC scoreless.

15.01.2022 A team of champions. Erin Cameron denied a goal on the whistle came back and scored 2. Chloe Carter and Miki Spano also scored 2 each.

14.01.2022 An epic battle between the two Adelaide Under 18 teams to finish off the minor rounds, with the Reds winning 4-2. The Reds are minor premiers, with the Blues finishing in second place. We are all hoping they win their first final in a fortnight, so they can meet again in the Grand Final.

13.01.2022 What a game! 'Peter Pan', 'Flying 44', 'Jumping Jack Holland', scored a fist full of goals and Angus Fry scored 2. Carly Hoffmann's 13.2 second goal from some weeks ago may be under challenge from Angus Fry's 1st goal, only a video replay will tell. Jack worked for his 5th goal plucking it out of a contest. A dynamic performance. PADHC's fighting spirit kept them whittling away at the lead. AHC now progress through to the Grand Final. The light quality pushed my camera to the limits and beyond unfortunately.

12.01.2022 With finals just around the corner, the Peas had hard fought games across all age groups. We also had our last Club Day for 2020 and we would like to thank all our volunteers, members and spectators for making these days so enjoyable. 08.01.2022 Last night we held our U18 end of season celebrations. Congratulations to our players and supporters for a fantastic season. We hope you all had fun playing the game we love. Congratulations to all the medal recipients also. Finally, thank you to Jo Haynes, Belinda Blackburn and Rachel Atkins for organising. You are three superstars Go the Peas!!!

08.01.2022 And that’s a wrap. We celebrated our U15’s season last night. A huge thank you again to Rachel Atkins, Jo Haynes and Belinda Blackburn who have hosted everyone over the 4 nights. Massive effort and the feedback has been awesome. Congrats again to the medal winners and best of luck to all our juniors playing finals. Go the Peas!!

04.01.2022 A good start for the day for AHC at The Pines with M1W leading the way with a win to take them into the Grand Final. Captain Morgan Cooper scored 2 goals and Yoil Kim and Adele Parkin 1 goal each.

04.01.2022 Fantastic night last night celebrating the U13 season. Thank you again to the coaches and team managers for volunteering your time to help our Pea kids. Thanks to the parents and guardians for getting them to the early Sunday mornings. We hope you all loved the season. Congrats to the medal winners. Go the Peas!!

03.01.2022 AHC was represented by players in both teams. The Pirates scored the first goal. Field goals are rewarded with the opportunity to score an additional point in a one on one playoff.
