Located: Pooraka Hours: Monday Friday 7.24am - 3.30pm during winter months and 6:30am - 2:30pm during summer months (38 hour working week, with overtime as required). working with our host you will be responsible for fabrication of storm water filtration systems. ... to be considered you will possess the following skills: Fabrication of Stainless Steel Mainly Mig welding experience Tig Welding experience favourable. 06.01.2022 AILS SA is currently seeking to recruit experienced boilermakers with plant maintenance experience. this shift is afternoon role 3pm to 11pm Monday to Fri, with looks to permanent for the right candidate. Description: Undertake repairs and modifications to fixed and mobile plant. Has completed a Cert 3 Engineering Fabrication. Experience in MMAW, MIG & TIG. Complete preventative maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor. Comply with Sim's site conditions and OH&S requ...irements. Use and support the permit to work system, Simsafe and MEX systems. Participate in and comply with JSA and/or risk assessments. Basic fixed and mobile plant fitting work. Key Responsibilities: - undertake fault diagnosis and repairs to fixed and mobile plant as directed. - Complete paperwork require for each task - JSA, Simsafe, Work Order, Permit to work. - Close out work orders in a timely manner. - Correct use of the store - MEX recording system, parts/items taken or returned. - Assist in the updating of asset information in MEX. Skills/Qualifications Required: - Holds Cert 3 in Engineering Fabrication - Ability to Arc, Mig and Tig weld to an acceptable standard. - Ability to do basic fitting work. - Good knowledge of Industrial and mobile hydraulics - Good knowledge of pneumatics - Ability to work with the site maintenance system (MEX). - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Forklift license - EWP, Gantry Crane, Franna Crane, Confined Space, First Aid, Rigger or Dogman would be an advantage. if you meet the description and wish to apply please send your resume via email to [email protected] ( boilermaker Gillman in subject line).
