02.01.2022 Crystal meditation for kids is a great way to teach children how to be mindful in a fun and exciting way. For the remainder of Term 3 we are using Amethyst crystals in class to help create calming energy. The kids absolutely love it, and have their own crystal to take home to practise with. This practise can help create a daily routine that can be done every evening to prepare the kids for bedtime. And it works a treat!
