07.01.2022 For all us Entertainers, Speakers, Artists and Presenters - With the cancellation of functions and events due to the Corona Virus, we have all taken a hit financially along with other industries including travel, hospitality and many more. With many businesses now working from home and many job losses, mental health can be an issue so I have made this short magic video which will hopefully put a smile on your faces. Last year I suffered a sudden cardiac arrest and had 3 months recovery at home due to bypass surgery and I know what it is like to be stuck at home staring at the walls and dealing with mental heath issues from PTSD . 01.01.2022 HEART DISEASE IS THE LEADING UNDERLYING CAUSE OF DEATH IN AUSTRALIA. **Please read - this may save your life or the life of a loved one.** It is one year today since I suffered a sudden cardiac arrest due to a massive heart attack. I am celebrating because I survived!! I was extremely lucky that people around me administered CPR fairly promptly and that a defibrillator was available close by. ... I have never smoked, do not drink at all, always active and on the go, always exercise, and ALL BLOOD WORK was in the healthy range 2 weeks prior to this happening including cholesterol. I had NO symptoms at all. No pain, no shortness of breath, even after a weight training and cardio session a couple of days prior to this event. 40% of people who come to hospital with heart attacks present with NO prior symptoms. If you have any symptoms or family history, see you doctor for a check up - it could save your life.
