25.01.2022 We could try this in a future swim session https://youtu.be/FRqcZcrgPaU

25.01.2022 Hi all, Please note that moving to training at the Burnside Pool has been delayed 2 weeks due to Burnsides’ COVID restrictions. Our last session at St Peters is now Friday 9th October (NOT Fri 26th Sept as previously advised) and training at Burnside will commence on Monday 12th October. Due to COVID restrictions, there will be a limit of 5 swimmers/lane in all public lanes and Adelaide Masters training lanes. Consequently, Burnside pool will have a booking system for the Pub...lic lanes on their website and Adelaide Masters will implement a booking spreadsheet to manage our 15 allocated spaces. If the pool is not busy on training nights, we will be given an additional lane, so we should be able to accommodate our swimming numbers. The booking link and details will be emailed to all members by the 2nd October 2020, allowing reservations to be made a week in advance. If you have any queries please email: [email protected] Regards, Betty

15.01.2022 Hi all, Due to the State Governments COVID restrictions announced on Monday 16thNovember; Adelaide Masters training at the Burnside pool has been suspended for at least 2 weeks. Whilst this is very disappointing, these restrictions are to keep us safe. During this enforced break, exercise is important for both physical and mental health and there are a few options available:... - The Burnside, Unley, Norwood and Payneham outdoor pools are remaining open for lap swimming, with lane restrictions of 5-6 swimmers/lane. Bookings are essential. - The weather and sea are warming up; so join a group that are now regularly swimming from Henley Beach or Brighton, for some pre OWS training. Contact [email protected] if you require more information on details. We will inform you as soon as the restrictions have eased, and training can recommence. In the meantime, stay safe and healthy. Betty Reinboth
