Saurkraut is fermented cabbage which contains probiotics (healthy bacteria) Probiotics are excellent for improving the balance of bacteria in our gut which in turn is important for both mental health and optimal bowel function. ... Chickpeas Sweet paprika Mild paprika Coriander powder Salt Combine all ingredients Fry up in some olive oil and add to salads or veggies. I added smoked paprika to this one. You could add any other desired spices such as chilli, turmeric and garlic powder. Enjoy!
