13.01.2022 To our valued patients, clients and referrers, Adelaide Plastic Surgery will remain open during this most recent COVID-19 lockdown ONLY for essential services. We have decided that this is in the best interest of our patients, staff and the health system, as this will reduce the load of urgent and emergency cases that the public hospital need to see. Patients who have a condition which is considered urgent (category 1) or semi-urgent (high-end category 2) can still have elec...tive surgery. This means that most patients with suspected skin cancers can still be seen at Adelaide Plastic Surgery, as well as a number of other conditions such as significant carpel tunnel syndrome and infected lesions. We are also committed to maintain our 24-hour emergency service. We have advised all our referrers of this and we look forward to being there for you when you need us. IF YOU DO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH US: - You MUST come to your appointment with a mask. You should not be leaving your house without one - Please come alone or with ONE carer if essential We can appreciate that this is disappointing for many but please be assured our first and foremost priority is your safety during this difficult time. If you have an upcoming appointment or surgery booked with us, one of our team members will be in contact with you to discuss your individual details. We thank you for your patience and understanding!
