25.01.2022 We are proud to present our last start to finish Ensuite for the year! With his and her shower niche, heated towel rail with concealed wiring and that awesome timber wall hung vanity We also changed the wiring around and installed a feature light, over the in wall shaving cabinet and also adding the new 4-1 to the ceiling which has led light, fan and 2 heat settings ... ( no need to change heat globes anymore) Greenwith

25.01.2022 IS YOUR SILICONE BLACK?? As we all know nothing last for ever, but did you know you should be re sealing your shower every 3-4years. Due to house movement a small split or silicone coming away in your shower area can result into tiles falling off over time as moisture will just keep getting in.... This morning we replaced the silicone in this rental property unfortunately its a little too late for this shower area but the clients arent in a position to do a full bathroom reno right now. 23.01.2022 Today we put the final accessories on one of our latest start to finish bathrooms. The clients being in there late 80s a renovation was not on their minds but with a serious water leak in the shower caused by a leaking breacher, damaging the hallway and WIR walls and skirtings, we had to stripped it all out. With tiling only too half way, keeping the cupboards in place and just changing the bench top we have managed to kept the cost down and we also beat another quote they ha...d by half The rooms are now neutral colours which has made it alot more lighter and brought the rooms back to life Greenwith

13.01.2022 Laundry floor we completed the other day, the client just wanted the floor tiled only as seeing the concrete for 30 years just wasnt doing it. They didnt want someone coming in telling them to change this change that they just wanted the floor tiled and thats what we did certainly just lifted the room. Elizabeth East

12.01.2022 Check out this laundry we just completed in 5 days. Huge amount of storage, simple white cabinetry but it has made a huge impact. 09.01.2022 We get asked alot can you tile over tiles. Yes you can but depending on the situation and where it is. This bathroom only got tiled 5years ago by a tiler and he assured tiling over tiles was fine in the shower . Now with no spare tiles, the client not wanting to re do the bathroom and grout cracking the clients are in a pickle.... We removed the grout and re applied with an epoxy grout to try make it last a little longer but unfortunately wont be long till they will have to re do all the tiling. Make sure when renovating ask the trades questions, make sure they are confident in the job. Lyndoch
