17.01.2022 A solar study of our Bellevue Heights renovation that has just achieved an 8-star energy rating thanks to @propertyraters By making smart glazing, insulation, and orientation choices we were able to ensure that this design makes the most out of the winter sun, whilst protecting it from the unwanted summer heat.
