Cristian Figueroa, founder and CEO of Bachata Crew since 2005, was born in the Dominican Republic and now resides in Barcelona. Cristian is a dancer, choreographer and instructor. He specialises in Dominican folkloric rhythms and shares his knowledge of Bachata, Merenge and Salsa L.A. style to the world. Cristian's dance training includes Bachata Dominicana, Classic, contemporary, Jazz Urban styles, popping, locking, hiphop and other's, Ballroom dance Cuban Salsa Casino, Salsa L.A. style. Katerina Vlasenco was born in Russia, where she started her dance education when she was 4 years old. Her most relevant dance styles include bachata dominicana, salsa, ballroom dance, classic, jazz, folkloric(native dances from different cultures), contemporary, wacking, afro, dancehall, house, hip-hop. Katerina worked 4 years in china as a choreographer and is now the Art-director of The Bachata crew.

04.01.2022 ***ADELAIDE SENSUAL WEEKEND INFO*** Dear friends, dear dancers, We have been so so hopeful and we have just been trying to wait so long so to see if we could do the event but in vain as most of the places in Australia haven’t been opened yet. The decision we have made is to move the event to July 29th to August 2nd 2021. I want to thank each of you for your support and want you to know also that you make our events possible always. As most of our artists come from different ...cities that some of them are still not allowed to travel... we feel so sad to move the event but of course we can’t wait to have each of you in it even bigger and better next year. These past few months have been difficult and very challenging for all of us, but we hope you all are handling the situation in the best possible way. It's a few days already to the time that we were hopeful to have the event but it’s sad that we have to move it forward. We constantly keep an eye on the situation here in Adelaide, interstate and worldwide, however we can’t wait to have every person to be able to travel to Adelaide to experience partying with us and also enjoy each amazing thing of the sensual event. During this time, we will reconsider several possible versions of our events that you can join us in (transferred passes have priority of course). Let's keep in touch and keep the vibe as much as we can, and we will get back to you soon with new updates on events that we will be doing end of this year which you can transfer your passes to or just leave it to the bigger event in July next year of the Sensual Weekend.
