25.01.2022 Great to see Sally and Mike again with the ever-effervescent Stella, who survived pelvic fracture and urethral entrapment, spinal damage, a circumferential caudal abdominal hernia and then developed massive hamstring fibrosis. (Well, what else would you expect when a Pug goes under a tractor wheel?). The video is her walking before resection of the scar tissue, seen caudal to the femur on the left of the photo. Not your average farm dog, old Stella!!

23.01.2022 Regarding this article, yes Winnie is doing well and it was a good result after lot of care and effort. However I must clarify that we are a non-specialist facility and I am unsure where the error has been introduced. If I ever hear anyone call me a specialist, I immediately correct them (and they usually say, well you are special to us)

23.01.2022 After arriving home following surgery, doctors orders are to keep your furbabies quiet and warm Ollie clearly didn't have a problem with those instructions as he soaked up the sun rays whilst snuggling under a warm blankie!

22.01.2022 Another couple of hernias in pregnant cats

17.01.2022 it takes a real vet to be able to intubate a wombat

06.01.2022 Foreign body removed from the paw of a rottweiler, using Urograffin for positive contrast sinography to outline.

05.01.2022 Nala undergoing her auricular cartilage graft treatment for oronasal fistula ("Cleft Palate"). Yes, we take 'donor' cartilage surreptitiously from the ear flap and suture it between the bone and hard palate. 4mm diameter ET tube for size.

03.01.2022 Can anyone guess the patient we're about to repair a fractured femur in (the pads are about the size of a 50c piece)??
