25.01.2022 I had a follow up appointment with a client this week who told me she was surprised at how quickly doing her personal program had created positive change in her body. She wondered why it had taken her so long to try Yoga Therapy. When I see the joy in someone who has found more movement and less pain through taking this path I share that joy with them. Being proactive about your health is a commitment to living and can bring immense rewards. If that means being able to get out of bed in the morning, or walking with less pain, or participating in your favourite hobby without pain then you are living your best life



25.01.2022 Building your Core Strength is on this Tuesday, Jan 28 from 6 pm to 8 pm at 23 Payneham Road, College Park. Yoga Therapist and Teacher Regan Gardner will guide you through a discussion and key exercises to strengthen your core. This workshop is suitable for everyone, no yoga experience is required. You will be able to take away practice exercises to do every day to build a strong and healthy core.
