You have stayed loyal even when I wasn't posting much. You also contributed to keeping my spiritss up, so thank you so very much. Here are picks of the last few quilts. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Have fun stitching over the holidays and I will see you all in the new year. May it be full of fun and opportunity.

23.01.2022 Feathers are a thing today.

22.01.2022 I was a little distracted today. I should have been quilting but instead had a little 'me time'. I made a traveller's notebook. The blues dont match well but it is a close as I could get. Anyway back to quilting...tomorrow, maybe.

22.01.2022 Merry Chirstmas to you all. Thank you too, to my customers who I have had the privilege of seeing this year. May your Christmas day be full of love and peace.

22.01.2022 Got my DecoBobs this morning. Now to go to work.

20.01.2022 Feeling a little accomplished today. I have quilted 3 quilts. They all weren't overly large but now done. One a pressy that i am making and two others were for a client.

19.01.2022 If you want to see the Is quilt up close, it is currently hanging at Cafe Jacque's for a few weeks.

17.01.2022 What I would rather be doing today is some stitching. Unfortunately what I have to do today is studying. Cert III in Business Admin is calling me to finish. When i have done with this module, then the paperwork for a visit to the Accountants is calling too. My reward is sewing tomorrow if i can get done today what i need to. Have you plans for this weekend?

16.01.2022 Sunday I took time to finish my Murder Mystery BOM for September. We had longer to get it done because it was intricate. I am happy the with the way it turned out and thought I would share it with you. It is the 2nd time I have done foundation piecing. What are you working on at the moment?

14.01.2022 Here are the last 2 quilts fresh of the Longarm. Just a bit cute. I found a couple of patterns that I will have to add to my list of 'Patterns I want to make'. I fell in love with the bobbins thats why I quilted it with 'Loopy Hearts' by Lorien Quilting. Well done Lynda, they both lovely.

14.01.2022 Something to conaider.

14.01.2022 Finished this beauty of a scrap quilt on Friday. Sraps, different blocks but all are 6 1/2 inch. Looks great.

12.01.2022 Time to plan the new week. I have a special quilt on the frame today. I am back to the Post Office this week as well. So lots to fit in. How is your week looking so far? I would love to hear about how you plan it out.

11.01.2022 Hehehe. Happy Thursday.

10.01.2022 It has been an interesting week. New hot water system. Car has been repaired. Quilts quiltes and study module complete. Cant wait till next week. Also put in some more photos of the first flowers.

10.01.2022 Morning, how are you coping in these times of Covid 19? Dealing with change is sometimes difficult and sometimes not. Today marks the return of school, so another change is happening. My change is that I am now free to go back to quilting, removing the teacher hat and putting some of the juggling balls away. Anyway thanks for your patience as I think I have been slightly distracted of late. I have had many quilts come in so it is nice to see you all have been busy sewing up a storm. Hopefully I will be posting more completed quilts. Here a couple I have done over the last few weeks. Enjoy and happy sewing.

09.01.2022 Have done a few quilts in the last week. Even finished my hand pieced and hand quilted scrappy version of Circle Game by Jen Kingwell.

06.01.2022 Happy New Year to you all. I have had a distracted year in 2019. So lets start 2020 on a new footing, Back to quilting this year. I didn't really stop last year but slowed right down. I am sorry to those I have serviced sewing machines for but I will not be continuing with the serving. It has become increasingly difficult and frustrating. For servicing Greg goes to Glenrose Patchwork regularly and they can give you more information regarding his visits. The other options are the dealerships in Toowoomba or Brisbane. On a good note though, my Longarm is working well and has not had a hicupp since Christmas 2018. So I am still quilting and hope to fit some of my own quilts in the list this year. I hope to chat to you through the year and pray it is a great year for us all.

06.01.2022 Happy Easter to you all.

05.01.2022 I am a bit happy about this afternoons activities. Got to remove 2 HFOs from my pile and have changed the decorations at the same time. I had two pieces of artworks that were looking tired so I refreshed with UFOs. One has been in my pile for a few years. What UFOs have you do finished lately?

03.01.2022 It was so cold the other morning i need to wear my gloves to quilt, while the aircon was working to make the workshop a bearable warmth. Here are some quilts I have worked on lately.

01.01.2022 Hi. A little blog post from Just Get It Done Quilts. I have been following Karen Brown for a little while now and have found her great fun to watch. I have also loved her tips. I have heard a lot of people say they have lost their desire to sew, so thought this may be helpful. Enjoy.

01.01.2022 Here's a handy thing.
