Pedestal 2018 Semillion Sauvignon Blanc - Margaret River, WA, = A fragrant lavender aroma couple with leafy, herbal spiceness from the oak. Straw and cut grass from Sauvignon Blanc balance this wine beautifully with gently tropical fruits providing enough acidity to cleanse and draw out the finish. The palete is soft and plush with long acidity and a strong finish. Suggestion drink with nut crusted baked salmon.
