22.01.2022 Being able to identify my triggers and implement my coping mechanisms are two of the things that allow me to maintain positive mental and physical health. For me, getting outside in the fresh air and doing some form of exercise is key to staying as close to 100% as possible. Find your main coping mechanisms. If they make you feel good, do them as much as possible. National Services Manager, Michael Donehue #ades #adesaustralia #mymorningsmatter
