22.01.2022 We are thrilled to have reached our first milestone of 100 respondents! A huge thanks for everyone who has shared their story. If each of us can reach out to another 10 we will meet our base quote of 1000! You can copy and paste the link to the survey into e-mail or sms. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/W9QHM3K Although the survey can be completed via smartphone, it is quicker and simpler using PC/Laptop/Tablet due to the way the questions are displayed. ... Please continue sharing with any parent/carer with a school-aged child in Australia. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/W9QHM3K

16.01.2022 EACH ONE REACH ONE Huge thanks to parents and carers of Australian ADHD students, who have participated in the survey about school support. We are almost halfway to the requisite number of responses - which means that if each of you could please inspire just one more parent/ carer to take the survey we will have compelling evidence to broadcast during the upcoming ADHD Awareness Month this October.... Please share this survey widely. You can do this via sharing a facebook post, or simply by pasting the survey link into your email or phone text. To qualify, participants must be caring for a child under 18, with ADHD, attending (or having in the past attended) formal Australian schools. Thank you! https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/W9QHM3K

16.01.2022 Please feel free to contact us with questions or comments.

09.01.2022 We invite every parent of children with ADHD to join our advocacy group. Parents for ADHD Advocacy Australia is a community group representing the interests of parents and carers of children with ADHD. We are volunteer-run and housed only via Facebook at present. We invite parents or carers of children with ADHD to join this group for the purpose of:... Providing ideas, perspectives and valued opinions around what we do in the ADHD advocacy space Staying informed on progress in ADHD-related policy and intervention Providing strength in numbers! The more of us there are, the more we will be able to achieve... Note: We are currently in the process of establishing a working group of parents who have relevant skills and experience, and just a little bit of time up their sleeves (!), to contribute to the behind-the-scenes work of our group. Please don’t hesitate to message Maddi Derrick (admin) to inquire about getting involved. PAAA will be presenting at the ADHD Community Breakfast this Sunday 29th July and hope to live cast the session via our facebook page. Hope you can join us.

07.01.2022 Please, keep reminding and reaching out to your friends around Australia. A representative large scale study covering all regions and range of experiences will add richness to the insights and broaden application of how they can be used. Please remind your eligible friends and contacts about their participation. In particular those with high school aged children in their care and those residing in SA, ACT, NT and Tasmania. Thank you!... https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/W9QHM3K

06.01.2022 PLEASE PARTICIPATE and SHARE SURVEY - ADHD KIDS IN AUSTRALIAN SCHOOLS This survey is part of a study exploring the education of Australian students with ADHD. It seeks to gather previously un-collected insights into the school experience of children with ADHD and their parents. It is to be completed by parents or carers of children with ADHD who are aged 5-18 and have attended schools in Australia. There are various modules in the survey covering a range of school-rel...ated issues. Depending on your answers, the survey could take between 15 and 30 minutes to complete. The survey aims to establish an evidence base that might be used to inform the support of ADHD children in Australian schools We hope you can participate in this project and share it virally with your networks.
