25.01.2022 ADJ has recently been awarded the East Keilor Leisure Centre redevelopment. Site establishment commenced October 19 with project handover programmed for late 2020. https://lnkd.in/gdgcUiE
24.01.2022 Late last year ADJ handed over stage 1 of La Trobes $150 million sports park development. Key to the project was the extensive pole lighting to service the external facilities. As elite training is intended on the site, both FIFA and AFL lighting code requirements were applied to the installation.

ADJ Contracting is proud to be working in conjunction with Hutchinson Builders to boost our Multi Residency profile and continue our professional relationship with this valued client.
23.01.2022 ADJ Contracting, in conjunction with Maxim Electrical & Watpac Construction, have begun works as part of the Learning Communities Victoria consortium, together we will deliver the New Schools Project PPP for the Victorian State Government. The consortium brings together the expertise of Watpac as builder, Amber Infrastructure and Spotless Group to build and maintain 15 new government schools across Victoria, including primary, secondary and special schools, in addition to some community facilities. As Victorias largest new school building project, the schools will be located in the states fastest growing areas.

19.01.2022 ADJ Contracting are working with Cockram Construction on the construction of the new sports facility at the Camberwell Grammar School. The new complex will feature: - A 50 metre swimming pool... - A teaching pool - A gymnasium - Basketball courts - An ergonomics room - A weights room - Fencing pistes - Teaching areas - Underwater tanks - Underground parking for 210 people. A new Chapel is also being built as part of this important project and will provide a place of worship, celebration and reflection for the school community. A large function centre overlooking the Keith Anderson Oval will complement both the Chapel and the Sports Complex.

In a collaboration with global Biotechnology giant CSL, the Bio21 Stage 2B Project is a new state of the art facility that will expand the Bio21 Institutes multidisciplinary research, training and industry engagement and is directed at achieving the Institutes unique school to bench to workplace vision. 13.01.2022 This week ADJ received the contract for the Deakin University Waurn Ponds student accommodation expansion project. The project will see the delivery of 320 additional beds providing a contemporary, affordable, high-quality living experience for students. Thank you to Icon and Deakin University for the opportunity to delivery another quality project at the site.

Works included full upgrade of the existing U-Vet Animal hospital and construction of a new five-storey learning and teaching building for veterinary preclinical and clinical skills training. 11.01.2022 ADJ in conjunction with Icon Construction recently completed the new iFly Downunder Indoor Skydiving facility at Essendon Fields. The facility is the first of its kind in Victoria and represented a unique opportunity for ADJ to showcase its electrical instrumentation and control capabilities.

The project will incorporate the construction of a new purpose built jet hangar and prestige passenger terminal with associated infrastructure within the MAP site that is subleased from APAM at Melbourne Airport. The project comprises:... Purpose built private jet hangar with capacity for 17 private jets; Display hangar for a vintage DC3 aircraft; Prestige passenger terminal; Customs and security facilities; Workspace for staff; Hangar support office and storage space Basement car parking.

08.01.2022 CSL has confirmed this week it will commence manufacturing the University of Oxford/AstraZenecab COVID-19 vaccine candidate at its facility in Broadmeadows. ADJ has a proud history with CSL and the Broadmeadows site, having been involved in numerous major projects onsite for over two decades. Below is the AlbuRx Facility, a project for which ADJ received a certificate of commendation at the 2018 NECA Victoria awards in the best industrial project category.

07.01.2022 ADJ is proud to announce it has been engaged by Monash University to upgrade lighting across its 4 campuses to LED technology. These works form an important part of the Universities Net Zero Initiative, a goal to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2030. 07.01.2022 Works have been completed @ The Carlson - 321 La Trobe Street, Melbourne. Congratulations to all of our site team and to Hutchinson Builders for Delivering a fantastic new Residential facility. We aided Hutchinsons in the construction of a 34 storey building consisting of 149 residential apartments. A fantastic end result has been achieved for all involved.

03.01.2022 Members of ADJ recently participated in the L&H Electrical Wholesalers led initiative to preform electrical works at the Angkor Kids Center in Cambodia. The community run school provides English learning for local children. The team of 30 contractors and suppliers from Australia preformed works to ensure these kids have a comfortable and well-lit place to learn. Well done L&H Electrical Wholesalers and the team of suppliers NHP Electrical Engineering Products & CABAC . An amazing experience for all involved.
