POLYURETHANES OR PU's are very poor in direct sunlight The UV will break them down and that is what is happening here. ALLWAYS USE A GOOD QUALITY BRANDED SILICONE FOR JOBS LIKE THIS, IT WILL SAVE YOU HAVING TO DO REWORK
