24.01.2022 Meeting Tip 1: Meetings can be time consuming and people want to feel like something has been achieved by the end of the session. We suggest a few basic rules to make sure your meeting is successful. 1. Plan - use the agenda as a planning tool... 2. Circulate the meeting agenda in advance 3. Make sure someone runs the meeting by keeping control, ensuring outcomes, actions and responsibilities are agreed upon and take notes 4. Write and circulate notes - especially actions and accountabilities 5. Follow up agreed actions and responsibilities within reasonable timeline What do you think? How do you keep meetings on track and on time?

04.01.2022 Admin Tip - The easiest way to keep organised is to create/choose a filing system that suits you and organise chunks of paperwork into logical piles. File things as you go if possible because once the pile starts to grow it becomes more and more difficult to get under control. You might have important files kept in a folder on your desk for easy access and new accounts go into the accounts tray. ... What do you do to keep things organised? PS - If its all too hard why not speak to us to help you out by providing admin support.
