The previous cleaners had not been using the correct products to clean them leaving them looking old and grubby; they even had rust stains on them. With a bit of elbow grease and the correct products we have brought all six of them up to a near new finish!

12.01.2022 Adorn Cleaning Top Tip: Candle wax on timber What to use: Ice, soft scraper, silk cloth, paper towel, hairdryer and rubber gloves... How to apply: Harden the was with ice, then remove as much as possible with the soft scraper. Making sure to scrape along the grain of the timber. Rub the rest of the wax of with a damp silk cloth (make sure its real silk). If the wax has dripped onto unsealed timber, remove as much as possible with the silk cloth, then press paper towel over the wax and heat it with a hairdryer, keeping the paper towel over the wax as you heat it. Use a stop start method so you don't overheat the timber and allow it to cool between each paper towel. The paper towel will absorb the wax, keep changing the paper towel until the wax is completely removed.
