20.01.2022 I have always aspired to grow a full bunch of roses. Drought, floods, hail, you name it we never know what to expect but I have finally done it! The recent rains and cooler summer has meant the Mothers Rose has become a monster. So heady and beautiful in scent. It is falling over itself in repeat blooms. So today I have my beautiful, large bunch of roses to enjoy, and the bush is far from being empty of blooms. In memory of my Mum who passed away Australia Day last year....a very appropriate rose to have been given to me by her some years ago. So beautiful!
