25.01.2022 Upgrade || boxy and shapeless TO fitted and flattering! I know some times it seems counter intuitive to show your shape but we humans just love to see shape! The worst thing to happen with modern clothing is the lack of shape due to the mass production of garments that need to fit everyone, kinda, ok... ~ I simply feel awful in very casual clothes. I feel frumpy and shapeless and about 2 dress sizes bigger. ~ Now you, on the other hand, may suit all the casual things I am w...earing. That’s perfectly great! 22.01.2022 AM I COOL YET? // So jeans have been my frenemy - mostly because I felt too bottom heavy to wear them most of my life - the low rise jeans as a teenager did not help my self esteem much at all (sooo much muffin top) but I have come to realize there definitely is a jean to suit EVERYONE and EVERYBody and being open to trying different fabrics/cuts/lengths/brands can be the key to finding your perfect fit ~ My client bought some gorgeous ripped jeans from @justjeans made by ...@levis and pretty sure I need to go back and give them a try too ~ Need a pick me up? 01.01.2022 LONELINESS// the moment you realised you were busy but lonely, following your dreams but lonely, keeping your family running but lonely, chasing social media visibility but feeling lonely. ~ Looking back over my life today I have had a realization. There are different periods of time where I was surrounded by friends or family and the parts when I was rushing through or periods of time that I just had to survive (my mums death) and times when I was essentially quite lonely.... ~ I don’t think it’s a terrible thing to be alone sometimes. But I do think this slow down has definitely highlighted how we can be ‘coping’ but what we actually need is more connection, more time face to face with those people who share our lives and make us laugh. ~ Has this new lifestyle changed your perspective?
