24.01.2022 Hey guys! :) Watch our video below.Jump board exercises are great to improve: -Power in the quads and hamstrings. -coordination between the quads and hamstrings .... It is a great exercise to prevent injuries in the knee such as ACL tears.The main aim is to control impact/land as softly as possible.This exercise is ideal if you participate in explosive sports like basketball,soccer and netball. 16.01.2022 Do you have low back pain? ): Just know that you are not alone!.Interestingly, 90% of Australians will have low back pain at some point in their lives according to the Australian bureau of statistics. Pilates has been shown to improve pain, function and quality of life in patients with chronic low back pain in a study by Natour et al :) ... 16.01.2022 Is your goal to develop upper body strength to be able to do pullups/chin ups?.If this is the case our Pilates studio is the place to be!.Our Physio Ash set this as a goal for herself 12 weeks ago.She began with chin up holds and assisted chin ups with therabands and the Pilates wunda chair :). If you give us 6-12 weeks of consistent training,we can get you to where Ash is also :) :).
