05.01.2022 The team in Victoria got a little creative with their home deliveries this week! Mary has been in social isolation since Victoria went into lockdown the first t...ime. As a cancer survivor with other ongoing medical conditions, going out to collect groceries isn't an option. "After a fall, Mary told her regular delivery driver she was struggling emotionally," says Sue, the ADRA volunteer manager at Ferntree Gully. "We have really connected with Mary and wanted to do something to cheer her up." Mary loved her surprise visit. "She had a laugh and a cry, as she realised someone DOES care," says Sue.
