13.01.2022 The School-based apprenticeship program teaches students skills in Horticulture to obtain a Cert 2 while being employed. This year, despite the limitations of COVID they have grafted tomatoes, planted native trees, completed summer and companion planting, propogation and composting - while using no pesticides or herbicides. 01.01.2022 $100,000 Grant Approval!! Praise God This time last year, the team at ADRA Bairnsdale were providing emergency relief during a very traumatic time of the Bushfires. From the drought, bushfires and recent COVID response the team haven't stopped. ... They have now been rewarded by the local shire with a water grant of $100,000!!
